WATER-BASED CONCRETE DENSIFIER
Water-Based Concrete Densifier is a chemical hardener compound which is proprietary, waterborne, ready-to-use clear silicate liquid. Water-Based Concrete Densifier formulated with chemically reactive raw-materials to harden and dustproof concrete. It offers substantial improvement in abrasion and chemical resistance and will significantly improve the durability of the concrete surface when compared to untreated concrete.

Surface Preparation
- All new masonry, concrete, cement or block must be cured for 14-30 days at recommended.
- Use professional grinding machine to remove all loose paint and defective paint if possible, oil, fluid, moss or other substances on the surface. In severe cases, wash the surface with water, make sure the surface is completely dried and clean. All holes cracks must be properly patched.
Application Details
- Product must be completely agitated (manually only) before use.
- Dilution is prohibited.
- One uniform coat is needed to ensure complete coverage. Apply with a roller, brush or low-pressure non-atomizing sprayer. Apply to saturation and roll or broom out any puddles until the sealer penetrates the substrate.
- Application of two coats at the recommended practical coverage when application to new surfaces. Recoat time between each layers should be at least 30-60 minutes.
- Surfaces require hardened, dustproofed, chemical and abrasion resistant feature.
Ideal for industrial factories, refineries and heavy pedestrian floor traffic areas.
