Surface Preparation
- All new masonry, concrete, cement or block must be cured for 30 days at recommended.
- Remove all loose paint and defective paint if possible, oil, fluid, moss or other substances on the surface. In severe cases, wash the surface with water, make sure the surface is completely dried and clean. All holes cracks must be properly patched.
- Stir paint thoroughly before use. Intermix containers of same product to ensure color and seen uniformity.
- Intermix K1-101 with cement thoroughly with typical ratio of 2:1 (Volume).
- Dilution is prohibited! Please be sure to finish the application within one hour after the mixture is made.
- Minimum of one coat is required. Second coat is strongly recommended for the best result.
- Sealer for concrete surface and reinforced concrete.
- Bonding agent between previous defective paint and new waterborne emulsion paint / slurry.
