WATER-BASED RUST CONVERTER
Water-Based Rust Converter is a waterborne treatment which neutralizes rust. It stabilizes the surface and forms a protective coating once dry. It seals and primes so no primer is required allowing to topcoat directly. It will form a barrier against water vapor, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Resistant to salt spray and bacterial growth.

Surface Preparation
- Remove all loose paint and defective paint if possible, oil, fluid, moss or other substances on the surface. In severe cases, wash the surface with water, make sure the surface is completely dried and clean.
Application Details
- Product must be completely agitated (manually only) before use.
- Intermix containers of same product to ensure color and seen uniformity.
- Pour the required amount needed into a plastic container. Do not return excess Rust Converter to this container.
- Brush a thin coat directly onto rusty areas only, working well into any pitted areas, corners and edges.
- Ensure that exposed corners and edges are well treated to avoid any chance of rust creep beneath.
- For use on corroded ferrous metal in order to facilitate refinishing.
